Vanessa holds several respected industry designations, including Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS®), and earned her Broker’s license in 2019. After working with nationally recognized firms such as Sotheby's International Realty and Weichert, REALTORS®, she took an exciting step forward in 2021 by becoming a partner and co-owner of Queenston Realty, LLC, a boutique brokerage firm based in Princeton.
Kenneth Shives is Vanessa's husband and real estate partner. A retired PwC partner, he was a partner for nearly 20 years with broad industry experience and financial expertise. Having worked in the industry for nearly 30 years with roles throughout the US and around the world, he took advantage of the COVID disruption to obtain his real estate license so he could assist Vanessa in building their business.
